Beautiful Bennington Marbles

I just wanted to post a couple pictures of a batch of handmade Bennington marbles I was able to purchase at the Manville bottle show here in New Jersey. I took a couple of pictures. They don’t do them justice. I forgot how gorgeous they were with all the color variations, the sizes and of course the eyes which were a result of piling up the marbles up in the kiln when firing. Any marbles that touched produced an eye at the point of contact. I find them simply mesmerizing. I bought them off a dealer, Phillip Martin of Easton, PA. I will post a picture of his card last if anyone wants to contact him. Hope you like as much as I.
