From from what I've read even though the screw top came out in the 30 some company's did not change over till the 40 or even 50. The glass is to perfect not alot of imperfections in it no air bubbles everything is straight. That's why I gave that date on it.

I seem to noticed after all my years of digging that screw tops seem to start being seen/used around 1920 on medicine/pharmacy/druggist bottles ect, ect. but have seen them on Kecthups around turn of the century 1900, maybe even 1890's & pretty sure some other bottles had them pre 1890 but I've never seen anybody anywhere exactly answer that question.
