Biedenharn Hutchinson

Hello,

I need help identifying an original Registered Biedenharn Vicksburg Miss Hutchinson Bottle from about 1894. Is there any marks it should have other than the front embossing. I bought one of ebay and it says root 471 on bottom and base has nothing. When was this made? I believe 1901 when root glass co started? If so what is the difference with this and an original 1894? Does an 1894 have any unique markings by biedenharm or a glass company?? How do I really know if I have a 1894 biedenharn hutchinson that coke used?

Biedenharn Hutches are usually embossed Root 471 on the heel. Manufactured between 1894 & the earlier 1900's. As far as I know, there is no difference between the original 1894 & a later Biedenharn hutch. Yeah this one definitely has root 471 on the bottom so it very we'll could be an 1894. That makes me feel a lot better I appreciate that!
