Big Giant Stone Wall Wells.

Found a bunch of the big wells. Had some shards of quart blob tops around them making me wonder if anybody dug them. My Question is has anybody had any luck digging these? LEON.

Hmm, maybe you should try digging one. I have no idea if they would contain bottles, you just don't see those in this part of the country.

I've dug one before & just found shards for 1870's. But I know another guy that has found some nice bottle in them. Never hurts to check them out.

I've never seen anything like those before. Were they wells or some type of storage bins? The shards around the top makes me thing they have been dug but you never know...

I woud not waste my time.you maybe looking at a nother ten or fifteen feet of digging,and most likely nothing to show for it.

SunRunner, if there's a chance it holds anything interesting, it's never a waste. If nothing else, you got a good exercise.

How about this one. Found a newer privy behind a old 1800's house. Next to this new privy appeared to be signs of the old privy. LEON.
