Bottle embossed Lionel, what did it contain?

I can’t find any info about this bottle I found in an old dump. Lionel embossed on the side, Lionel O.P.I Chi. On the bottom. Any help is much appreciated!

I wonder if this had anything to do with Lionel model trains and the oil you dropped into the locomotive to make smoke?

I wondered about that, all my searches for Vintage Lionel bottle just brought up the trains.

here is what Wikipedia has to say -
Many of Lionel's steam locomotives of this period, had a new feature: smoke, produced by dropping a small tablet or a special oil into the locomotive's smokestack, which contained an electric heating element.[6
