Bottle with very strange marking.

Here is a bottle I dug up yesterday. I believe it’s one of the older pieces mixed in with newer stuff (1950s-1980s) on the top it isn’t completely wide open and instead tightens up to a little hole. Probably for the purpose of dripping whatever liquid this bottle may have contained. On the bottom it has a very strange marking that confuses the hell out of me.

I've seen that marking before, I think it's for a particular glass maker but I can't remember which one.
