Buchheit Bottling Works - New Decatur Ala Hutchinson

I think that I've been able to find out a little about this one. It's got DOC embossed on the heel. Perhaps it's Domenic O'Conner Cunningham, Pittsburgh, PA 1882-1897? The B on the bottom I'm sure is for Buchheit. If anyone can confirm or correct this info, or narrow down the date, I'd appreciate it. What color is this? Aqua, green? What do you think it's worth?
