Maybe its just me but I'm having a tough time trying to figure out what those marks actually are. Letters or symbols of some sort? Looks like a 6 or 9 on the bottom.

Thanks Roy. Still looking…. Nothing like it has come up anywhere. I’m sure of the 6 but the mark is elusive

Maybe a better shot? Looks like T T to me but still can’t find anything
