Can anyone tell me some information on this tray?

The image on the bottom is called a manufacturers Hallmark. Hard to determine the maker with out the country of origin. Is there a country stamped into the tray as well. Do you know where it was made is what i mean. Without the country of manufacture it is very hard because of the vast number of makers. Literally thousands. Do you know what the basemetal is composed of because that would help also. Basically what we need is the country it was made and the type of metal the tray is made of. That would narrow the search down greatly. Please keep in mind that there are also a number of unidentified hallmarks.

Here is a tray i kept from my grandparents. The basemetal is brass and is electroplated with silver. unfortunatly it has no hallmark at all. It does have sentimental value to me and is priceless. One of the few items i was able to save from them. I remember them using it at Thanksgiving and brings back alot of memories.
