Canadian hutch?

I picked this Canadian hutch (I think it’s a hutch not sure though) at a show the other day but I don’t know anything about it. So if anyone knows something about it such as it’s rarity (cost me $10 so I got it cheap)

Nice find! Looks to me like a gravitating stopper bottle that was repurposed as a Hutch. A quick search suggests these were used in Australia as well after he moved there. There's a bit of info about him and his bottles on page 44 of this document: https://www.fohbc.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/HutchinsonsOfSydney.pdf I'm not sure about rarity, a lot of Toronto stuff became really common when they dug up the old landfills to redevelop the Toronto waterfront but I don't remember seeing this one before so hopefully not too common. Regardless I think you did pretty well for $10, Canadian gravitating stopper bottles in general aren't super common and if I were you I'd consider it to basically be an Australian bottle anyway.
