Cant seem to find a date for this one

I was looking at an old farm dump and found this one. It was found in what I thought was a 60s dump but I wanted to make sure.

Its from Kiel Wisconsin. On the bottom it says

It definitely looks earlier than the 60s to me. 30s or 40s probably. Maybe a bit earlier. Could be a late throw if there's nothing else from that era although there wasn't much change in bottle design between those decades so it could just be that it's a few decades earlier than you thought.

Well the place was littered with tons of cans, which is why I guessed 60s. But maybe it was an older part of the dump. Thanks for the help.
