I think your champagne bottle was made in a turn mold, and is hard to put a date on it. It could be as early as 1860.

This bottle is definitely from the 1840 - 1860 period and more than likely a French Champagne bottle as the neck is typical of French Cognac bottles being snapped off and with the applied ring of glass around it.
