Hello Creeper, They have made reproduction bottles for the Christmas bottles 1923. I have a few repro. and one original from Washington D.C. Grime5 is the best one I know who can help you figure out if it is a real bottle or a reproduction. His name is Greg, I understand he has one of the best Coke collections. Hope this helps you? Kevin....

The best way to tell if it's a reproduction is if the city and state on the base of the bottle have lines connection them. For example, in the picture, the one on in the middle on the bottom row is the repro.Hope this helps, and good luck with finding some info on your bottle.

I'll never understand why some people call them reproductions. They were reissues maybe but not reproductions. They were made, sanctioned and sold by Coca Cola. They weren't some foreign fakery. That's my opinion, yours doesn't matter.[:D]

Plus ...The city/state on the reissue bottles are random and not the actual city/state they came from.

They produced them... then they re-produced them.... They issued them.... then re-issued them...Doesn't matter what you call it... it's a bottle Coke brought back for the holidays... a couple timeswith the early ones back in the late 80s being the better/heavier made.. so be careful a lot of fleamarketers don't know the difference. But back to your bottle... your bottle may have value... If you can post a picture of its side and especially bottomThere are several members here that will be able to tell you all about it and get you the information you need.Hope it's a rare one! Good Luck!
