7 Citrus, not sure what to call it.

Place a WTB ad on Craigslist for old soda pop bottles.

Guy sent me a picture of these, Frostie is familiar but I never have heard of Citrus 7. Quick google search shows not much information on it. I would normally pass on it due to it being a 16 oz. bottle but being I never heard of it and not much internet info was wondering how rare it might be.

He wants $15.00 OBO for it plus he is an hour away. Like I said I would normally pass on this, but.....

I've seen a few of those bottles over the years, never priced more than $3-4. See them in local flea markets once in a while. It's a nice bottle but doesn't seem to have a lot of collector interest. And like you mentioned a lot of people shy away from the 16 oz. bottles. I have a few 16 oz. in the collection but would much rather pick up a smaller bottle. Never have seen a smaller size 7 Citrus though.

I guess another case of rare doesn't = valuable.

Due to the distance I need to travel and like cokemanracer, I only have a few 16oz I will pass on this bottle.

I found my 7 Citrus bottle and it still has the cap on it. It was bottled by Seven Up, in Indianapolis. Bottle was made by Glenshaw Glass and looks to have a date code of 1986. If it said 7up on the bottle itself someplace, like a product of the Seven Up Company, would probably make it more collectible.
