Cloudy bottle

I have a clear glass bottle that's cloudy. What's the best way to clean. I'm including pic just in case cloudy isn't the correct term to describe

It looks like the only way you would get it clean would be to tumble it. Many people use a repurposed rock tumbler, but there is a guy, Jar Doctor, who sells tumbling supplies. I assume he sells the motors/actual tumbler too? There are plenty of threads on here that go into more depth on the subject and obviously other online resources.
