These are called flavour bottles. They were used for products other than Coca Cola sold by the local Coke franchisee. You can find them for other national brands as well but they were most commonly used by Coca Cola bottlers. They can come in all sorts of different designs since they weren't consistently standardized like the actual Coca Cola bottles were.

It might have a date code on there somewhere, otherwise I'd guess it dates to around the 1920s or so.
