Cornfield finds ...can't believe they survive!!!

Theres a ditch that runs beside this cornfield down the road and the farmer widened it using a back hoe and it pulled up some bottles apparently how they still have paint is beyond me lol but the one is from my home town of little Ligonier I've looking for one fully painted and this has a blemish but I'll take it lol the other one is this nehi and I found this la relco bottle I've dug one of these before can't find anything on it ?????also found this lock and after some research

I found it's a gas pump lock!

The paint is in great shape on that Nehi, must have been some ideal soil conditions. Very sandy maybe? I've seen some ACLs surviving pretty well in sand.

Nice finds! There was a La Relco Co located in Elkhart, IN according to this 1919 reference. Looks like they made dyes, perhaps?
