I've been all over this forum so I apologize for reposting similar pics.

Just trying to get information.

I believe these are pontil bottles, with the exception of the Spanada bottle. [:)]

The best bottom pic I could get. The rectangular ones may not be but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance.

I am on this forum to make sure we don't slump anything of value.

The following picture is of our slumped bottles.

those are not pontiled bottles I'm afraid, you might be looking at the owens machine marks on the bottoms or something.

Liz,

Most of the bottles you have pictured are early machine made food bottles they have little to no collector value so slump away with them.

Hey Liz,

I believe you're mistaking an Owens, or other early bottle machine valve mark for pontils. Lemme direct you to a wonderfully informative site; This One was written by one of our members. It will tell you much about the characteristics and attributes of these old bottles that we so love.

The aqua horseradish is the oldest of the lot, to my eyes. Is that little embossed guy in the front a screw top Horlick's? Collectorwise, we call the un-embossed guys, "slicks." Unless the slick is of an interesting color, or crudeness, these have little to no collector interest.

They'd be good candidates for some of your creative slumping, in my opinion.
