Walked up the bottom of a creek with a high embankment hoping to find something of interest from some farm , any farm in the area. Came upon a welcome sight of old metal sticking out of the ground

Lots of stoneware pieces started appearing and a few bottles too, a lot of the bottles were abm and screwtop but after awhile some blown bottles were coming as well

I make my way to the top of the ridge and climb up to get a much needed break from the mosquitos and find myself face to face with this, ohhh crap, just what every bottle digger wants to see, right!!!@

Looks like you have a fun farm dump on your hands! This is exactly the scene I look forward when dump hunting- up a narrow creek/ravine, with the dead giveaway being old buckets poking above ground. Beware the Castoria, those are a dime a dozen. It was an extremely popular product in its time, and thus quite common. I was stoked with the first that I found, and then gradually less excited with the following 300

I think he was being sarcastic about the Fletchers. At least I think he was

I got out of there Rick, but if I thought there were pontils or good local sodas they would have to drag me out still clawing and scratching at the ground
