Dallas Texas Mid-Script Straight Sided Coke.

I got my first straight side around a month ago from eBay and I sure started out with a bang. A mid-script straight sided coke bottled in Dallas Texas. It’s a blown in a mold tooled top from circa 1900. This may be one of the few to exist in intact form from Dallas Texas because it is not documented on the internet. I hear the shoulder script ones from Dallas are pretty common. I got it for around $65 !!! Surely this is worth around $300, right ? Could anyone look it up in Bill Porters book? I don’t have it yet. Here is the beaut.

Hmm. Still a rare bottle I presume. I wish someone could look it up in Bill Porters book if it includes mid-scripts too.

Porter's Book calls it Common. BUT, Unfortunately his Book doesn't tell you the location of the Coke like, shoulder, mid, lower, or bottom base which is to bad. I wish it was more specific with similar bottles from same town that have different variations. LEON.

I’m quite sure it’s mentioning the shoulder script ones. They are pretty common from Dallas.

I also have a very early-mid script from Louisville KY that's not online at all. But his booklist Louisville as a common and it seems to be to me to be very rare.
