dijon mustard from Russia

Hi everybody!
Just wanted to share with you pcitures of a nice dijon mustard jar I brought from my native coutry - Russia. It says
DIJON MUSTARD
N. PRAYS
MOSCOW

It looks black but it's actually dark green, check out the next pic.

that is beautiful! My girlfriends is from Minsk, where do you hail form?

I've been seeing a few Russian bottles on e-bay and some of them a very nice, was thinking about buying few... What time period is that mustard from?

Hi tigue,

I'm from Moscow originally. My girlfriend is from Moscow too and she just loves bottles!

I don't know exactly but it's definitely pre-October revolution of 1917 - Bolsheviks got rit of a couple of letters after that - "yer" and "yat", your girlfriend will propably be able to show you how they looked like if you're interested.
