I grabbed it for the Benicia( lot of color for the age). It is an Angostura Bitters embossed on the base. It was made by Dr. Johann Gottlieb Benjamin Seigert & Sons embossed around shoulder. I posted a link to Bottle Pickers and an article on the history.
