wanted to post some steel Dr pepper cans that I have , only have 2 so far . was just going to focus on the ones used in Canada . realise there would of also been many different versions used in the US
I believe the 2 cans that I currently have are both from the 80's , never found anything older from Dr pepper yet . and even the cans from the 80's rarely appear in my area . only ever found a couple . but see the modern aluminum dr pepper cans all the time .
one cans says " Dr Pepper " vertically and mix of red , redish . white colours , it appears to be from mid 80's and was found outdoors so some rust
other is a contest can from early 80's , found this can at a yard sale a couple years ago . so not sure where it was originally found or if it had been outdoors . it may be the only steel can I've ever found at a yard sale
contest is for " be a best dressed pepper "
realise there is some others , may try and find some pictures of them
