The labels are in terrible shape. Is it better to remove them and expose the Mounties or are partial labels better? Also does anyone know anything about these Winnipeg bottles? I have seen quite a few of them but there isn’t much on the internet.

Definitely keep partial labels, especially ones like the Crystal Soda that are still legible. Yours could very well be the only remaining example, not too many soda labels from that era survived. I'd be willing to pay a premium for a legible partial label on a bottle which otherwise I wouldn't have any interest in.
As for the bottles I think they're from around the 1930s-40s or so, not sure of their exact timeframe.

Better value with full labels...I've see several on the net, but never pursued any due to shipping cost.
The bottles are pretty common.
