Didn't the Federal Law Prohibits thing start as soon as Prohibition ended? I have doubts about that bottle being from the 60s though, it looks more like what I'd expect from the 30s. Maybe someone brought it into the country from somewhere else?

Also that Chile bottle is interesting, is that a real glass seal? If it is it's the most recent one of those I've ever seen.

The Bottom of the Kings Ransom sez William Whitely & Co. Scotland Leith. SO, Since this was imported & not a American made Whiskey or Whisky would that make it null & void of the Federal Statement & explain why it is not there? LEON.

I asked when they started that Statement which I thought was in the early 1930's because, if this bottle doesn't have the statement it either came after like the other poster suspected OR, It came before which is what I originally suspected then thought maybe didn't have it because it was imported & now again after research suspect maybe predates the statement. Ends up Mr. William Whiteley was heavy into Bootlegging his Kings Ransom into the USA during Prohibition in the late 1920's using Mafia/Mob connections like Frank Costello. Hmmmm. LEON.
