Emerald Green Nu-Grape?

Anyone have a link for Canadian Design patent information? I picked up this familiar shaped green bottle from the Toronto Soda Water Company with a patent date of: Sept. 13, 1924 and wondered if that was the Nu-Grape Design Patent date for Canada.

i haven't seen that bottle before but there was alot of bottlers from Toronto as it was the biggest city in Ontario if not Canada at that time , don't know if it has anything to do with nu grape . i find often back then alot of the bottles looked similar so it may just be a coinsidence it resembles a nu grape bottle .

I figured the Design Patent would tell whether it is a Nu Grape.

i have a canadian nu grape bottle and checked it and there was no patent date or date registered on the bottle.
also checked my ontario pop bottlers book and it shows nu grape and toronto soda company as being seperate companies not related . however it doesn't really list who was bottling nu grape in the 20's and 30's era if it was even available here that early .
but i agree the bottle looks very similar to a nu grape bottle so i'm still thinking there is a possiblity or some sort of a link or reason its that close to other bottle
