Well Josh,...I'm afraid the best I can do is share some pics....if you don't mind me sharing your post...I've wondered about mine as well and didn't find much info on it.

The biggest diff. I can see is the lip treatment...

Josh,...my computer's acting up. Here's one more pic. If mine was pontiled it was an iron pontil that was cleaned off...that's what it looks like to me. I'll take a pic of the bottom later on for ya.

Crazy. I think they're open pontil, but not positive. Would this be considered an extract or a med? I think they're from Ohio or close by, but really need help on this one.

I think I saw one on fleabay recently. They had it listed as Bone Set instead of Boneset.
Boneset was a fairly well know herb. Those bottles are often iron pontilled. Its considered to be an Ohio medicine but I dont know who made it. You should post it in the unknown section of my medicine forum and maybe you might get more info.
There is also another Boneset bottle, S DICKINSON BALSAM OF BONESET TRENTON N.J.
