Foreign bottle? No manufacturers mark

Found off Florida Keys. Guessing medicine. Has no manufacturers mark and appears to have no seams on body or lip. Thanks for any help.

That's a strap sided whisky flask. This one likely dates to about the 1880's-1890's.

In those days most bottles didn't have manufacturers' marks. They were only just beginning to show up around that era. I think it's very unlikely to be from anywhere other than the US as well, based on where you found it. It definitely looks like a flask from a US glassmarker.
