hey hunt welcome. Your bottle is odd. describe the bottom. You said no seam.

thanks trussin , the bottom of this bottle is like a shot glass, no seam up to the first step .there is a seam around the first step at the widest part of the bottle and then up both sides I found this in a privy hole with a bunch of pre 1900 medicine and liquor bottles also several palmer perfume bottles , maybe its cosmetic?

It's a castor bottle, used for vinegar, oil, etc. The pattern is probably cut, not etched, but I can't tell from your picture. Here's a similar item.
