Found bottle, any clues as to what it is/was?

Most of my bottles are purchased online this one I happened to come across when I was dumping at a modern landfill. The only markings is the raised wave pattern on opposite sides of the bottle. Any clues?

The scrolling design looks south of the border to me.sort of Aztec. No real clue from the bottom, It almost looks pontilled, not my area. Owens ring? I would keep it anyway.
