Haven't cleaned but minimal rust/oxidation and not sun faded. Spotted the one from down below and there was the end of another one poking out beside it.

Full of sand and roots and stuff. Plus some other glass shards in the area that were surface finds

Great shape on those, I'm always amazed at how well sand preserves things.

The metal detector would beep constantly, so many bits and pieces of rusted stuff everywhere.

You think i should dust these off with paintbrush? Rinse in water? leave them another couple days to dry out?

i've found that 7 up can before but wasn't in very good condition , the white " wet and wild " can is fairly hard one to find as i don't have one in good condition yet and i have a whole bunch of 7 up cans from same era , i think it was used in the late 60's
