Found this Carter ink in a box of plunder today .

I had completely forgot even having this , it has been in a box of other misc. items for ages .I think this was a pretty neat ink . Never seen one with a container like this and especially never saw a filler that was attached to in the stopper of it . Thought some of you folks might like to see it .

I have no idea as to its age Jim , looks like it has an applied lip . I liked that filler apparatus though , never came across one of them before .

I would have to research the invention of the Fountain Pen but I'm pretty sure it's a 20th century thing but 1st half for sure. Jim
