On bottom it says penick and ford inc pat 90967
Most likely a smaller size syrup bottle, although I've seen similar style bottles with labels still on them that said the contents were vinegar, I found one like this one pictured not long ago and still can't find what it's contents were as of yet, I did find only one other doing a internet search, but it had no label either.il_794xN.2271133513_9p58.jpg

Patent date for that bottle is 1919 or 1920. I remember finding a ton one time and looking it up. The company was huge in Iowa I think and made lots of corn based products (starch, syrup, powder).
