French plates

The town of Garrettsville, Ohio is having community wide sales this weekend, officially starting tomorrow but I went this morning and there are a lot open today. There will be 200+ sales tomorrow. I got some stuff this morning including these plates which I cannot find any information on. I know this is not the appropriate place to post these, but I thought someone on here might know something about them. Each plate has a transfer design of a classical Roman scene and each plate is numbered. There are 12, but I am missing #8. Each is impressed P&H 13 on the back. I'm guessing they are French, as that's what the writing appears to be. They look quite old to me, mid 1800s or maybe even older. Here's a group shot:

Surfaceone, your search skills are amazing. I wasn't able to find that particular mark or my plates, but there's no question that's what they are and appear to date to 1820s. I'm quite happy with my $15 purchase.
