Funky glass piece

Yo what is this? Found it in my usual dump, so 1890-1920.
Says “Randall” on the bottom. I guessed it was for holding flowers or sumn but I’m not sure.

Looks like a flower vase, probably towards the 1920 end of the dump. If I didn't know where you dug it I wouldn't have imagined it was even that old.

Yeah tbh I didn’t think it was old either until I flipped it over and saw the Randall embossing.
