Please bear with me, I'm going completely by memory of what I saw, so here it goes...
It appeared to be a historical flask, the front with a portrait of George Washington, and the back with General Taylor. It had a light aqua tint to the glass, and had a tapered lip with a crude applied top. The bottle itself appeared hand blown with an uneven shape, and it did not have a pontil, but a smooth base. The glass appeared rough, like a dewy-misty texture almost. I think it's a hand blown reproduction because of the smooth base, but I'm not 100%. Clevenger Bros. made really nice blown reproductions of famous bottles, I thought this might be one of them, or something similar. Can anybody tell me the authenticity and value of the bottle just from the proceeding description? Ive passed this bottle in an antique market for months, I just never thought about the authenticity or not...
