The bird may be a Christmas ornament , not a turtle dove, maybe a hummingbird? Yes, cool pavers, I also found a large lot lately, but not much variety!

As a kid, my grandmother had bird Christmas ornaments just like that or very similar. The tail on yours looks to be open ? My grandmothers ornaments had open tails too with a clump of stiff tinsel like stuff sticking out if it to form a tail. The body had a spring loaded clip like deal on a short spring that attached to the body so you could clip the ornament on a branch of the Christmas tree. If you poked it it would wobble back and forth like a bobble head doll. I got yelled at a more than once for doing that btw. LOL The bodies had a multi colored chrome like finish.
