It could be that I was correct and it was an error bottle

I don't think was an error bottle because I've seen those before. I just think the double flavor Ward's are rare.

Maybe they made the bottle that way to simplify their bottle inventory.. instead of having separate bottles for orange and lemon, they stuck a paper label over the embossing of the "wrong" side?
