lol i have been asking a few of the older folks around more of a cure or claze for hams to hang. shouldnt tast to bad sugar hony cloves molasses we use today. just another recipe lost in time!!! 50 and 75 cents for a bottle makes me giggle thinking of what we do or pay for them now.

I liked the cabin bottle, but you didn't even consider typing out the embossed lettering. I didn't see any point of telling if they were empontiled! So we can't be of much help. RED M.

sorry RED M. maybe a few more pics will help?or a better discription. from what i can tell its a early 1900 hand toolded top 3 pice blown in mold the embossing says IMPORTED AND BOTTLED BY ALFRED ANDRESEN&CO THE WESTERN IMPORTERS. MINNEAPOLIS, MIN AND WINNIPEG, MAN the mold lines stop at the base of the neck. only a couple of really big bubbles has green amber corner. i am very
new to the older bottles so i know for next time more info is better and if u want to know more just ask. thanks again for all the info so far [attachment=bottlwrt.jpg]

i believe you did post it not sure were it went cowseatmaize thanks for throwing it up again. it sure would of been nice to see them keep the squareish neck style tho. like a real stone chiminy . molding issues who knows its round for some reason?
