I am an Ebay seller, please don't hold that against me...lol. I work with a man who owns a thrift store and he gets lots of unique items, and today we received a Codd Bottle with the following markings, and I want to know if anyone can tell me what it held. It has on one side "Perkin Horribin Bolton trademark for all" On the other side is "Nutall and Company Makers St Helens. " I believe through the net that Nuttall was out of England, but not sure whether it was ale or some kind of Soda. Also any help with a probable age on the bottle would be good. It is light green and very thick glass. Bottle is about 9" tall and still has the glass marble in it. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
