Help identify insulator, dark cobalt blue

Here is what I assume is some kind of house hold insulator.. but I need help with information. It appears to be dark cobalt blue.

Not an insulator. It is the glass part of an electric cigarette lighter. It is missing the inner workings and cord.

Have you seen those old marble slag truck ashtrays?? They look exactly like an insulator!!!

Those are Model T ashtrays. Alot of them will glow under a UV light
