Milks are tough because there are so many of them. What's the closest place to you which has Brook in the name? Brooklyn? That would help narrow it down (although not by that much if it is Brooklyn).

It's a Christian Wagner soda bottle from Brooklyn. Not sure what variation, but he had a lot of bottles.
I have no idea why I thought it was from a milk bottle, I thought I read some reference to it being from a milk. Good to have it solved!
