Help with this bottle please

I think this is a new bottle but pretty cool. It is 4.5" tall and has a sun embossed on one side and the moon and stars on the other side. The bottom has embossed 1346. It has nice whittling marks and bubbles in the glass and also looks to have a tooled lip, it also has the same feel as the other black glass bottle I have, heavy and thick. What do you think ? Definately looks foriegn to me, but a keeper. Just a guess. Marvin

Looks like a sample whiskey to me....might be a keeper...

The star and crescent is a common typically muslim symbol. It is used on flags of at least a dozen countries. Looks like a liquer bottle maybe from Turkey or somewhere in the mideast.
