I have this antique Royal Crown bottle. I can't find another one on the internet anywhere. First, is this a pharmaceutical bottle? Any idea what it's worth? Also, what's the safest way to clean it without damaging it? Thanks. I do have more to show later!

Hard to see from the picture but I assume it's a canning jar. No idea on value, it's not one I've ever seen before. When it comes to rust on more modern bottles like yours what I've always done is soaked it in water then gently scraped the rust off of it with a kitchen knife.

Its a fruit jar for sure missing the lid and bail. CLR bath will remove the rust. Never seen the brand before and been collecting jars and bottles 45 years. its worth a bit I would guess. may not be Canadian.
