Is this one of the first hobble skirt bottles produced? Because it doesn't have anything on the base? Anybody have any idea on value?

Where did you find this? And what does it say on the side that we can't see in the photos? Does it have a patent date? Clear Cokes without town names found in the States were usually made for military use in WWII. Almost all Cokes used in Canada are also clear and don't have base embossing, but I've never seen one that looked quite like yours. If it's Canadian it is a pretty early one (but not the first) and probably quite rare.

I found it digging in Helena Arkansas the patent date is November 16th 1915 it says trademark registered bottle patent November 16th 1915 and on the other side it says trademark registered min contents 6 flat. Ozs and at the bottom heel it says on 5

Oh it's not clear after all. Yeah I think it is a pretty early one then, if I remember correctly there were some unmarked ones used in the States back in the early years. I don't think they're super collectible since they can't be traced to one location but I really don't know much about them.

As far as I can defcifer it's from Graham Glass Company in Evansville Indiana & dated 1922. BUT, I'm no expert. SodaPop Bob might have better info. LEON.

Forgive me for the hijack, but this is along the same lines, but instead of nothing or a city, this 1915 has Coca-Cola in a crude script. Got it from a fellow who retired from an old Coca-Cola bottling plant that's been closed for many years, so I'm taking the contents as genuine. Any thoughts on this one?
