Thanks for the reply. They are nice! No markings on the base. I believe the letters could be D W M and H which could be representative of Dr. W.M. Hill the druggist in Noank, CT (A very small hamlet of Groton, CT that had less than 1,000 people in 1900). If they are from there they are the only Noank druggist bottles known to exist. If anyone else finds another match for the letters please tell me!Nice Bottles. A pair no less ! Any marking on the base?
Just a guess. Hope I will find a Noank druggist some day! There were at least three of them. I really wish I could figure out the company of these bottles!Interesting pair! Don't want to disappoint you but the monogram would be for a name only and would be very unlikely to include Dr. as part of it.
