Horlick's Malted Milk Bottle Age

Hi all, newbie here. I found this bottle at work a few days ago. Wondering if the stamp on the bottom can narrow down when it was produced? F/B 7 stamped on the bottom.

I agree on the age. The older early-teens ones would have a ground lip, if that helps you @call_me_nemo
