How the hell do i get this cap off?

Found this neat little bottle, but can't for the life of my remove the rusted cap. It's a cool bottle, so I don't want to damage it.

Dissolve the cap in acid

Wd40 any rust buster type spray lube. Put in a zip lock upside down and soak. It should free it up. Unless it is too far gone, then it will crumble. It looks do-able from what I can see in the pics.
