Like in the old saying- "Darker than an ace of spades." Great find and clean up. Congrats.

So did 'Ace of Spades' also make white polish? I've got one that's a lil different design, but with the spade symbol, however, inside the bottle, there's a white, chalky, almost iridescent (when looking through the glass) substance that I can't remove

Could have been white shoe polish, though I can't say for certain that Ace produced white shoe polish. What you describe as a white chalky iridescence is more likely a scale produced by the chemical decomposition of the glass on the interior of the bottle due to environmental effects, also known as glass sickness. It often appears as a white or iridescent substance that flakes off the surface of the glass.

When I first began bottle hunting I had never known about glass sickness so was somewhat warry about touching bottles when they had this substance on them. But later I learned it's harmless and can actually be cleaned off with a copper scrubber.

This one was just sitting on the surface high and dry like it didn't even notice it was over a century out of place:

Been soaking in vinegar for a few days now, whatever is inside of the bottle is coming off and piling up at the bottom
