hey peeps, i recently bought a lot of bottles, which i got for an amazing price, ;) and have been going through them, cleaning and research. A mix of early 1900 and mid to late 1800s. Anyway i have a hutch from the lot i would like a look at. If you notice its seen better days. There what looks to be a burst air bubble on the side and a small crack on the bottom. Anyway is it still worth anything and is it something to sell or keep. I have a lot more bottles to show, not hutches though, but nonetheless some, what i think are some intersting older bottles. Heres some pics of the hutch.

looks like a neat bottle , although I don't know anything about it , its definitely old

air bubbles are rather common on bottles that old and I'm not sure that is actually a crack on the base

Looks rough but gotta be worth something to someone. I'd maybe pay $10 for something like that. LEON.

Thanks for the input guys, and yes it is a crack i thought it was just a manufacturing crease but if looked at at the right angle it reflects the crack. I havent seen any with the los angeles in the center like that.

That is a known bottle and not particularly rare. In that condition it's not worth much but someone would like to have it. It's described by Peck Markota on his Calif. Hutch book.
